Project Description: MMJ Electrical Pty Ltd successfully delivered the complete electrical refurbishment of Pan Pacific Perth, encompassing over 400 rooms and suites across 18 floors, including all associated corridors.

Delivered over a 12-month program, the project involved full demolition and strip-out works, followed by the complete re-wiring of all power and lighting systems throughout the hotel. The works were carefully staged and coordinated to ensure quality, consistency, and minimal disruption within an operational hospitality environment.
